Today, Ozark Handpiece Express is owned by Eden Williams, who took over the business after completing a hands-on apprenticeship under the company’s original owner. Rather than simply purchasing an existing repair company, Eden learned the craft firsthand at the repair bench. That experience allowed him to preserve the repair techniques, quality standards, and customer-first philosophy that have defined Ozark Handpiece Express since the beginning.
