Most completed orders ship within approximately 72 hours. However, due to the nature of dental handpiece and powered surgical instrument repairs, some orders may require additional time depending on the repair needed, parts availability, order size, or service complexity.

Orders are shipped once repairs are complete. If a customer requests a partial shipment before the full order is completed, additional shipping charges may apply.

Standard return shipping is provided through either USPS or FedEx at a rate of $14.95 plus applicable Arkansas sales tax. Large, heavy, or unusually sized orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Ozark Handpiece Express stands behind the quality of our repair services. Refund requests may be considered when the issue is related to the repair performed and is not the result of customer-induced damage, misuse, or a pre-existing condition that was not disclosed at the time of service.

The handpiece or instrument must be returned to Ozark Handpiece Express for evaluation. Return shipping for the evaluation may be provided free of charge when applicable.

After evaluation, Ozark Handpiece Express will determine, at its sole discretion, whether the item qualifies for repair, rework, replacement service, or refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any non-refundable diagnostic or assessment fees incurred during the initial repair evaluation.
